Samantha Schmidt

Samantha Schmidt is a classically trained Pilates instructor. She began studying the Pilates method in 2012 in Boca Raton, Florida. In her decades-long career, she has studied numerous classical methods and holds certifications from Power Pilates, The Pilates Standard, and Classical Pilates Education.


Samantha has practiced throughout the east coast in Florida, Georgia, and Virginia. She has instructed professional dancers with the Washington Commander Football Team, football players with the Atlanta Falcons, and golfers competing in the Ladies Professional Golf Association tour. In 2018, Samantha took her talents to Okinawa, Japan where she worked with U.S. service members for nearly three years. Samantha now teaches exclusively in Kingstowne and Alexandria, VA serving private clients in the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. area.
